Apple Cider Sangra

  • 1 bottle dry white wine such as pinot grigio
  • 2 1/2 cups apple cider
  • 1/2 cup bourbon or whiskey
  • 2 apples, sliced thin
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • Ginger beer for topping off the cocktail


  1. Cut the apples and orange into thin slices and place them in a large pitcher. Pour the wine, apple cider and bourbon. Add in the cinnamon sticks and stir everything together. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Serve the sangria in glasses topped with ginger beer and garnished with an apple or orange slice.
