On a parchment lined baking sheet. Place puff pastry opened and slightly rolled out flat. Place round brie cheese in center of puff pastry. Top brie with cranberry sauce. Wrap puff pastry to top of cheese pressing closed in the center. Bake at 400F for about 20 minutes. Let cool then transfer to serving tray garnished with fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs. Serve with crackers or baguette toasts.
