Garden Herb Pasta Salad

Simple, versatile and fresh

- 1 box multigrain thin spaghetti

- 1/2 cup olive oil

-1 tsp garlic paste

-kosher salt to taste

-juice of one lemon

- 1 large cup of chopped fresh herbs of your choice( basil, parsley, chives, dill...)

- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives (optional)

 

Combine olive oil, garlic( can use paste) kosher salt, fresh juice of one lemon, chopped fresh herbs of your choice, chopped Kalamata olives( optional) in large bowl.  Add cooked thin spaghetti( angel hair, regular spaghetti or linguini can be substituted) and toss. Serve as a delicious side dish or add cooked shrimp, clams or chicken to make complete meal.
