Makes 1 sandwich
-2 slices of thickly cut brioche bread
- 1 TBS softened butter
-1 tsp white truffle oil
- 3 oz sliced brie cheese
- 2 TBS store bought fig jam slightly warmed and spread on serving plate
Pre heat panini press
Mix truffle oil with softened butter and spread on one side of each bread slice. These will be the outside of the sandwich. On the dry side of both bread slices place slices of brie cheese. Close sandwich and grill on panini press. Cut warm sandwich in quarters and place over fig jam spread on serving plate. Delicious and great for sharing!
