This recipe is so simple and delicious. Peel and cut 4- 6 large ripe mangoes. On a parchment lined baking tray place mango pieces( leave space between each) so they are not touching each other. Place tray in freezer for a few hours. Remove frozen mango and blend in food processor with 2 cups of unsweetened plain greek yogurt. Add a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon if desired.
