Stir Fry with Ginger, Shrimp and Snap Peas

- 2TBS olive oil

- 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp

- 1 onion- finely diced

- 1/2 lb prepared snap peas

- 1 tsp sesame oil

- 2 TBS minced fresh ginger

- 3 TBS soy sauce

- optional add prepared brown rice or lo main noodles

In a wok, sauté olive oil and onion, add shrimp- cook until pink, add snap peas, sesame oil and cook a few minutes, add ginger and soy sauce and cook a few more minutes. Optional, add cooked rice or noodles until combined and serve hot.
