Baked Stuffed Shrimp

- 12 colossal sized shrimp- body of shell removed, can leave tail shell on. Butter fly shrimp 

- 3 cups seasoned bread crumbs

- 1/2 cup melted butter

- 1/4 cup milk

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley- chopped

- 1/2 cup finely diced onion

-1/4 cup white wine

- kosher salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350F

In a sauce pan on low heat, melt butter, add onion and sauté until translucent. Add bread crumbs and parsley. Stir in milk until combined. Add white wine and salt until combined and remove from heat.  

Place shrimp on a parchment lined baking sheet. Top each shrimp with prepared stuffing. Bake at 350F for about 15-20 minutes until shrimp is cooked.
