This simple recipe is nutritious, slightly sweet and great for breakfast or that anytime snack. Recipe shared by Carmelina
-1/2 cup chia seeds
-1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-1 cup coconut milk
- 2TBS maple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or container, cover and refrigerate overnight. Be sure your container/bowl is large enough for the recipe to swell in size once almond and coconut milk absorb overnight. Serve with blueberries or raspberries on top.
