- 1 fresh frozen peeled banana ( you may use an unfrozen banana but may want to add some ice. * Tip-to make a creamier smoothly, peel ripe bananas and store in freezer until ready to use*
-1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 2 cups almond milk ( or nut milk of choice)
- drizzle honey to taste if desired
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Makes a great breakfast, snack or any time you need a quick, healthy pick me up. Enjoy!
