Five Ingredient Energy Bars

  • 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nut butter of choice 
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts 
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit


Optional- add cinnamon and sea salt 


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Scoop mixture into a parchment lined pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 or until they are fragrant, lightly browned on top and set through. Let cool, lift parchment out of pan and slice into bars. Enjoy
