Ingredients:
- Fresh strawberries( washed, hulled and sliced)
- 1 cup unsweetened greek yogurt ( Siggi, Icelandic or Chobani are some of our faves)
- TBS flax seed
-TBS wheat germ
-2 TBS granola of choice
- 2 TBS raw almonds
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- drizzle of honey
Method:
In a clear glass or mason jar- layer strawberries, yogurt, granola, nuts, and seeds. Sprinkle each layer with cinnamon and honey. Top with strawberry slices and garnish with mint leaves.
