Vanilla Brioche French Toast

Vanilla Brioche French Toast

Recipe adapted from


  • 4 large eggs
  • 1cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 6 thick slices of brioche bread
  • 1 tsp butter for skillet


  • In a medium bowl, beat the eggs together well.
  • Mix in nut milk, cinnamon and vanilla.
  • Soak brioche slices in egg mixture for 2 minutes.
  • Heat a large skillet with butter on medium to medium-high heat. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3 minutes. Flip and cook until the other side is also golden brown, about 3 minutes. 
  • Drizzle with maple syrup and top with berries.
  • Serve immediately.
