Immune Boosting Shot

INGREDIENTS

2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped

  •   1 lemon
  •   1-inch piece of ginger
  •   1-inch piece of turmeric, (or 1/2 tsp
    ground turmeric)
  •   1/8 tsp black pepper
  •   1 large orange, peeled and seeded
  •   1/2 cup water (add more if needed for blending)

DIRECTIONS

EPARE THE INGREDIENTS: ADD CHOPPED CARROTS, LEMON, GINGER, TURMERIC, BLACK PEPPER, ORANGE, AND WATER TO A BLENDER.

ND: BLEND ON HIGH UNTIL SMOOTH, ENSURING ALL INGREDIENTS ARE / BROKEN DOWN. ADD A LITTLE EXTRA WATER IF THE MIXTURE IS TOO THICK.

IN: PLACE A FINE MESH STRAINER OR NUT MILK BAG OVER A BOWL AND THE BLENDED MIXTURE THROUGH IT. USE A SPOON OR YOUR HANDS TO PRESS OUT ALL THE JUICE, LEAVING THE PULP BEHIND.

VE: POUR THE STRAINED JUICE INTO A GLASS OR SMALL SHOT GLASSES.

5. ENJOY: DRINK IMMEDIATELY FOR THE BEST NUTRIENT BOOST!
ECIPE WILL MAKE ABOUT 2-3 SERVINGS. STORE ANY LEFTOVER JUICE IN E FRIDGE FOR UP TO 2 DAYS. SHAKE BEFORE DRINKING, AS NATURAL SEPARATION MAY OCCUR.
