Fresh green juice is readily available and made to order in many markets— just be sure you're selecting only the ingredients you prefer freshly juiced with nothing else added( of course you can always juice your own at home!)
We love the combination of cucumber, spinach, kale, celery, apple, parsley, ginger and lemon. Experiment with your ingredients- if you need more sweetness—add more apple, find your favorite combo and get your day off to a great start. Enjoy!
