Summer Peach Pie

For filling:

- approx. 8 peaches, peeled and cut

- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1tsp cinnamon 

- 1/2 tsp nutmeg

-1 tsp vanilla

- 1/2 to 1 cup of flour( to absorb the excess liquid when peaches bake in pie)

Combine all ingredients and fill pie crust. Top with lattice pie crust on top. Cover edges. Bake at 400F for about 50 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream
