Makes 2 pie crusts
-2 cups flour
-1/2 ice water
-pinch of salt
-2 sticks butter
In mixing bowl add 2 level cups of flour. Cut butter into small pieces and add to flour. Add pinch of salt. Pulse mixture until slightly crumbly. Add ice water and continue to pulse mixer until dough forms. Be sure not to over mix. Place dough on lightly floured surface. Form into a ball and wrap with parchment. Refrigerate at least one hour.
