Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

- 2 ripe bananas

-  2 cups oats

- 1/8 cup pumpkin seeds

- 1/8 cups almonds

-1/8 cup golden raisins

- 1/8 cup dried cranberries

- 1/4 cup honey

- 1/2 cup almond butter ( or nut butter of choice)

- Dash of sea salt

- Dash of cinnamon 

Mash ripe bananas, add honey and nut butter. Add oats, dried fruits, seeds and nuts. Add dash of salt and cinnamon. Combine all together. Roll dough into a small balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350F for about 12-15 minutes. Great for a on-the-go breakfast or nutritious snack.
