Honey Lemon Lavender Martini

Combine fresh lemon juice and honey in a sauce pan. Heat until dissolved to make a simple syrup. Transfer to a mason jar and chill. When ready to serve combine ice, Belvedere vodka ( or your preference) and simple honey lemon simple syrup in a shaker. Pour into a martini glass, float a few lavender buds and garnish with a lemon peel. Perfect, fresh and seasonal cocktail. Cheers!
