Peach Sorbet

-6 peaches peeled and cut into small pieces

- 1 cup water

- 1 tsp nutmeg(optional)

- 1 large can coconut milk

-1/2 cup of honey

In a sauce pan, add peaches and water- cook until peaches are soft. Add nutmeg and cook a few minutes more. Mash cooked peaches. Mix peach puree with coconut milk and honey. Place in a container and freeze overnight. Remove frozen peach mixture and blend.  Serve in individual bowls garnished with a mint sprig.
