Strawberry and Cream Sorbet

3 cups of fresh frozen strawberries

1 can full fat coconut cream

Maple syrup or agave to taste (optional)


-Blend strawberries, coconut cream and maple syrup/agave in blender or food processor, scaling down sides as needed

-Transfer to a air tight container or individual sized containers and freezer at least 3 hours

- Thaw 15-45 minutes prior to serving depending on portion size
